CLI & Operator Tools

DataRelay Control is primarily a Web/API product. The repository also includes operator scripts.

`scripts/release/backup-before-upgrade.sh`	Release-stack pre-upgrade database backup
`scripts/release/restore.sh`	Guarded release-stack restore
`scripts/ops/backup-postgres.sh`	Read-only PostgreSQL backup
`scripts/ops/restore-postgres.sh`	Explicitly confirmed PostgreSQL restore
`scripts/ops/validate-backup-restore-ops.sh`	Non-destructive script/guard validation
`./scripts/test/run-backend-full.sh`	Backend test wrapper
`frontend/npm run validate`	Frontend validation suite

Do not invent a datarelay-control CLI command. No such public CLI is proven by the audited source.
